About the Role

Hometown Roofing & Restoration, a fast-growing U.S. general contractor, is looking for a highly organized Project Coordinator to support our insurance restoration team.

You'll help coordinate projects, communicate with insurance companies, manage documentation, track deadlines, and ensure projects move smoothly from start to finish.

This is not a sales position.

Requirements
Excellent written and spoken English
Exceptional organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Experience with Xactimate (preferred)
Experience with the insurance claims process (preferred)
Professional email communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with ClickUp, Asana, ---------- , Trello, or similar project management software is a plus
Responsibilities
Coordinate multiple roofing and restoration projects
Follow up with insurance companies by email
Prepare professional correspondence
Track deadlines and project status
Organize project files and documentation
Maintain SOPs and project checklists
Coordinate with sales, production, and management teams
Assist with Xactimate estimates and supporting documentation
Help improve internal systems and workflows
