Kids ESL Tutor & Facebook Community Growth Specialist

We are a boho-style furniture and home décor brand selling on Amazon and our own website. We are looking for a long-term Filipino tea ---------- mber who can:

Teach English online to the children (ages 5–14) of our management team, and

Help grow and manage our brand’s >Facebook community (furniture/home décor niche).

Responsibilities:

Online English teaching (kids 5–14)

Teach 3 age groups (approx. 30 hours/month):

2 students age 14 – focus on speaking, reading comprehension, basic writing.

2 students age 10 – focus on vocabulary, speaking/listening, simple grammar.

2 students age 5 – stories, songs, game-based English learning.

Prepare simple age-appropriate lesson plans and materials using ESL resources.

Give parents a short progress update once a month (written or recorded).



Facebook group growth & community management

Manage one brand-related Facebook group (furniture / home décor).

Welcome new members, explain group rules, keep a friendly, positive atmosphere.

Reply to basic questions, start simple discussions, share polls/tips based on our guidelines.

Bring at least 30 qualified new members per month into the group (we provide SOPs).

Record invited members and sources in Google Sheets.

Basic assistant & data tasks (as needed)

Record weekly teaching and group-growth data.

Help build FAQ and standard reply templates for customer service and community.

Communicate in English with the team lead, share feedback from students and community.

Must-have:

Filipino, remote work from home with stable internet.

Strong spoken English with clear, neutral pronunciation, able to teach kids and talk with our team.

1–2+ years experience in teaching English to children (online or offline ESL/TEFL/ESL academy, etc.).

Comfortable using Facebook Groups & Messenger for engagement, invitations, and basic community management.

Able to follow a fixed weekly schedule for classes and community tasks.

Good communication skills, patience, and a kind, kid-friendly personality (core ESL teacher soft skills).
