Lead Database Research Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to build highly targeted lead databases for our sales and marketing team. Your primary responsibility will be researching businesses within specific industries and creating clean, accurate prospect lists that our team can use for outreach campaigns.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Research businesses within targeted industries
* Law Firms / Attorneys
* Lawn Care & Landscaping Companies
* Other industries as assigned
2. Build accurate lead databases in Google Sheets, Excel, or CRM
3. Verify company information for accuracy
4. Identify key decision makers (Owner, Managing Partner, Office Manager, etc.)
5. Locate publicly available contact information including:
* Company Name
* Contact Name
* Title
* Email Address
* Phone Number
* Website
* City & State
* LinkedIn Profile (when available)
6. Remove duplicate records
7. Organize lists by industry and geography
8. Maintain consistent formatting across all projects


Skills & Qualifications:

* Strong internet research skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Comfortable using Google, LinkedIn, company websites, and business directories
* Experience with Excel or Google Sheets
* Able to follow detailed instructions
* Good written English
* Ability to meet project deadlines

Preferred Experience:

* Previous lead generation or list-building experience
* CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, etc.)
* Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator (a plus)
* Experience researching professional service businesses

* 250–1,000 qualified business leads
* Verified contact information

* Notes on any missing or unavailable information
