Lead Generation VA for Growth Operations (Instagram + YouTube)

I run a growth operations business helping online coaches and content creators scale their client acquisition. I'm looking for a detail-oriented VA to handle lead sourcing so I can focus on outreach and closing.

What you'll do:

- Find 30 qualified leads per day across Instagram and YouTube
- Prioritize YouTube channels with 10k to 30k subscribers that post consistently and have weak or no Instagram presence
- Also source Instagram accounts with strong personal branding, even if follower count is modest (a few thousand can qualify if the content and positioning are solid)
- Log each lead in a shared spreadsheet: name, platform link, follower/subscriber count, niche, and a one line note on why they're a good fit
- Send an initial outreach message I'll provide the template for

What makes a good lead (I'll walk you through examples):

- Posts client results, testimonials, or proof of income
- Shows signs of ---------- ntum (recent uploads, growing engagement) rather than a dead account
- Clear niche (coaching, trading, ecommerce, fitness, etc.)

Requirements:

- Comfortable navigating Instagram and YouTube for research, not just data entry
- Strong written English
- Reliable daily availability
- Prior experience with lead gen, social media research, or VA work for online coaches/creators is a plus
