Level Up Visions is looking for a hungry, competitive, and results-driven Lead Generator/Setter who wants to grow with our company.

This is NOT a job for someone looking to do the bare minimum. If you’re not willing to put in the work every single day, this position is not for you.

Your Responsibilities:
Generate qualified leads every day
Send 50–100+ outreach messages daily
Start conversations on Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
Follow up with every lead consistently
Book Zoom appointments
Register people for our webinars
Answer DMs professionally
Update our CRM daily
Work closely with our sales team to help generate revenue
Meet daily and weekly KPIs
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent English communication
Sales or lead generation experience
Self-motivated and competitive
Reliable internet and computer
Coachable and willing to learn
Someone who takes ownership and gets results without being reminded
Compensation:
$4/hour + commission on every sale you help generate.
Performance-based raises and long-term growth opportunities.
