Legal Intake Specialist – Call Center | Outbound Sales | Full-Time | Bonuses

Legal background strongly preferred. We are seeking an attorney, lawyer, paralegal, legal assistant, or other legal professional who is comfortable speaking with prospective clients and evaluating potential cases.

Join a well-established law firm intake team that has been successfully helping clients for over a decade. In this role, you will speak with potential clients seeking legal assistance and help determine whether their case may qualify for representation.

This position involves primarily outbound outreach, along with some inbound calls, to connect with individuals who may need our services. Our firm operates on a contingency basis, meaning clients typically do not pay legal fees unless we win or settle their case.

This is consultative selling, not high-pressure sales. We focus on understanding each person’s situation, providing guidance, and helping them take the next step toward resolving their legal matter.

Responsibilities

* Conduct outbound calls to potential clients
* Answer inbound inquiries and assess legal needs
* Qualify potential clients based on firm criteria
* Clearly explain the firm’s process and contingency fee structure
* Provide a professional, empathetic, and helpful experience
* Accurately document call details and client information
* Collaborate with tea ---------- mbers to meet performance goals

Qualifications

* Sales, legal experience or client-facing experience preferred
* Strong communication and listening skills
* Ability to build trust quickly with potential clients
* Comfortable working in a goal-oriented environment
* Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
* Interest in helping individuals with legal matters

Schedule

* 40 hours per week
* PST business hours
* Full-time role
