Logistics - Credit and Commissions VA

We are looking to hire a full-time Credit and Commissions VA!

FOR Credit and Commissions
At least 3 to 5 years BPO experience in customer service and email Support
Knowledgeable in Outlook and Microsoft Office particularly Excel and spreadsheets with familiarity in using formulas.
Accounting Experience required.
Knowledgeable in reading and analyzing credit scores.
Experience in customer onboarding or account setup preferred.
Comfortable on handling inbound and outbound calls
Expected to have excellent verbal and written English.
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Must have 50mbps and up for main internet connection.
Intel core i5 or higher with at least 16 GIG of RAM
Must have backup laptop/PC and Back up Internet at least 10mbps or higher
Two monitors required
Noise Cancelling headset
Must be working for home with a quiet workspace
