PAY & BENEFITS
Team bonus payment is based on the company's revenue.
Paid training.
Training period: Approximately 30 days.
20 hours per week during training (4 hours per day, Monday-Friday).
After training, your schedule will increase to 40 hours per week (8 hours per day).
Starting pay: $3.00 USD per hour (approximately $240 USD per month during training).
Payday: Third Wednesday of each month.
Upcoming paydays: July 15, August 19, September 16 (USA).
Paid ChatGPT account provided.
Company email account provided.
Independent Contractor position.

Our current tea ---------- mbers are located in Bangladesh, Indonesia, the Philippines, and the United States.
Tea ---------- etings are held Monday-Friday at 3:05 PM PT (USA time).

YOUTUBE CONTENT PRODUCTION
This is a production-focused role for someone who works efficiently, follows instructions precisely, and has exceptional attention to detail. This is NOT a creative role.

You will produce high-quality educational (shorts) videos by following our proven production system. We provide the AI prompts, templates, production standards, branding guidelines, and step-by-step instructions. Your job is to execute the process accurately and consistently.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Create 1-minute faceless text-only educational videos.
Use company-provided AI prompts to generate scripts and video titles.
Generate AI voice narration using our paid account.
Create text-only educational videos in Canva using our paid account.
Synchronize on-screen text with the AI voice narration.
Create a simple, clean, professional text-only YouTube thumbnail using the company's branding guidelines.
Review all work for accuracy, spelling, grammar, formatting consistency, and overall quality before submission. Accuracy is more important than speed.
Upload completed videos to YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X.
Create video titles, descriptions, links, and tags.
Export high-quality completed videos
Organize production files and follow company naming conventions.
Follow company instructions precisely and complete assignments on schedule.

REQUIREMENTS
Strong English writing, editing, and speaking skills.
Good written English comprehension.
Experience using Canva.
Comfortable using AI tools for voice generation.
Experience uploading videos to YouTube is required.
Basic design and formatting skills using Canva and Google Docs.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Ability to follow a consistent production style.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to follow instructions precisely.
Reliable high-speed internet connection.
Desktop or laptop computer required (phone-only setups are NOT acceptable).
Tea ---------- mbers are required to use HubStaff time tracking.
ChatGPT and AI tools will be used.
Able to consistently meet deadlines.
Reliable daily attendance is expected.
