Marketing Assistant: help a values-led psychology practice grow
Can you take a marketing idea and actually ship it? We are looking for someone who turns
plans into live campaigns, clean funnels and content that sounds human.
Living Well Psychology & Support has cared for clients across Tweed Heads and Robina for
more than 16 years. Our marketing has outgrown the two people currently doing it. That is
where you come in.
What you will own
• Building and maintaining funnels in GoHighLevel: landing pages, enquiry forms and
nurture sequences.
• Setting up and watching over Meta and Google Ads campaigns, and reporting what is
working.
• Producing social posts, newsletters and video clips in our warm, professional voice.
• Supporting our GP referrer program with collateral and reliable follow-up.
What success looks like
• More clinician funnels live and converting.
• A steady content rhythm across our channels.
• Every GP visit followed up quickly and every enquiry captured.
You are likely a strong fit if you
• Have run marketing campaigns and can show what you produced and what it achieved.
• Know your way around a CRM or funnel tool (GoHighLevel a bonus) and basic ad
platforms.
• Write cleanly and follow a brand voice without being told twice.
• Care about doing things properly in a regulated, health-sector setting.
• Take ownership, learn fast and do not need hand-holding.
