ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Marketing & Growth Coordinator to help execute our marketing strategy and keep our growth initiatives moving forward.

This isn’t just a social media position.

You’ll help coordinate marketing campaigns, create content, manage customer communications, support our CRM, maintain marketing systems, and assist with sales follow-up using Jobber, our primary business management platform.

You’ll work directly with the owner and gradually take responsibility of many of our recurring marketing and growth activities.

WHAT YOU"LL DO

Marketing & Content
• Schedule and publish social media content
• Turn field photos and videos into engaging social media posts and short-form videos
• Create graphics using Canva
• Edit videos using CapCut
• Maintain our content calendar
• Coordinate photos and videos from the field
• Assist with website updates when needed

Customer Growth & CRM
• Maintain customer and prospect information in Jobber
• Support customer follow-up campaigns
• Assist with referral and reactivation campaigns
• Help organize customer and marketing contact lists
• Track lead sources
• Support quote follow-up initiatives

Reputation Management
• Request Google Reviews from customers
• Monitor and respond to reviews using company guidelines
• Help maintain our online presence

Marketing Operations
• Coordinate recurring marketing campaigns
• Organize digital marketing assets
• Document marketing processes and checklists
• Help improve workflows and systems
• Assist with special projects as we grow

Reporting
Track and report on:
• Leads generated
• Social media performance
• Customer reviews
• Campaign performance
• Marketing KPIs

WHO YOU ARE
We’re looking for someone who:
• Is highly organized and dependable
• Communicates exceptionally well in English (written and spoken)
• Enjoys learning new technology
• Takes initiative and solves problems independently
• Pays close attention to detail
• Loves creating systems and improving processes
• Can manage multiple priorities without constant supervision
• Wants a long-term opportunity with room to grow

Preferred Skills
Experience with some of the following is helpful:
• ChatGPT
• Canva
• CapCut
• Jobber (or the ability to learn it quickly)
• Google Business Profile
• Social media content creation
• Customer service or CRM experience

If you don’t have experience with every tool but you’re a fast learner with a great attitude, we’d still love to hear from you.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Within your first 90 days, you’ll help us:
• Maintain a consistent social media presence
• Keep marketing campaigns running on schedule
• Increase customer reviews
• Improve marketing organization and documentation
• Support customer follow-up initiatives
