Marketing Manager — SV Chess Academy (Remote, Philippines-Based)

SV Chess Academy (SVCA) is a youth chess enrichment academy serving families across the Bay Area (Sunnyvale, Palo Alto, Cupertino). Our mission — "Think. Learn. Thrive." — drives everything from our coaching to our community programs, helping kids build confidence and critical thinking through chess.

**What You'll Do**

- Own marketing strategy for both online and in-person class enrollment growth
- Build and set up marketing funnels from scratch
- Track performance across channels, analyze data, and identify growth opportunities
- Coordinate a marketing team of specialists — assign tasks, follow up, keep campaigns on track
- Ads Manager (Meta Ads)
- Social Media Manager
- Email Marketing Manager
- Web Designer
- Graphic Designer
- Manage the content and campaign calendar
- Deliver a weekly performance report to the CEO
- Join weekly calls with the leadership team
- Month 1: ramp up on the academy, build the funnel plan, and launch first campaigns

**Requirements — Must-Have**

- 3–5 years of digital marketing experience
- Proven funnel-building experience (you can show us one you built)
- Strong analytical and coordination skills
- C1/C2 English fluency (written and spoken)
- Self-starter with a reliable, hustle mentality

**Requirements — Nice-to-Have**

- Experience in online education, or the youth/family niche

**Growth Path**

This role starts part-time (10–15 hrs/week) with a clear path to full-time after 2–3 months, based on results.
