Job Title: Merchandiser

Job Description:

We are looking for a Merchandiser to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making sure our products are properly displayed, well-stocked, and available in assigned stores. This role requires someone who is organized, dependable, and able to build good working relationships with store personnel.

Responsibilities:

Visit assigned stores on schedule.
Arrange and replenish product displays.
Check stock levels and report items that need replenishment.
Ensure products are clean, properly priced, and displayed according to company standards.
Monitor product expiration dates and remove damaged or expired items when necessary.
Coordinate with store staff regarding stock concerns and display requirements.
Submit daily or weekly reports as required.
Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

* At least a High School or Senior High School graduate.
* Previous experience as a merchandiser or in retail is an advantage but not required.
* Willing to do fieldwork and travel to assigned stores.
* Physically fit and able to lift and move products when needed.
* Responsible, hardworking, and able to work with minimal supervision.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
