Operations Manager – High Fashion Women’s Designer Brand (Full Ownership)

We are a growing premium women’s high-fashion company looking for a strong MBA-level COO who will take complete ownership of the entire operation.

No drama. No excuses. Full responsibility across all time zones.

What you will own:
• End-to-end operations: Production, Marketing, Sales, Logistics & Team Leadership
• Production management in China (frequent travel)
• Represent the brand at major trade shows (New York, Miami, Paris, London + more)
• Manage and develop all staff globally
• Strategy execution and aggressive scaling

Requirements:
• MBA or equivalent top-tier business experience
• Real passion & affinity for high fashion designer women’s wear
• Proven track record in fashion/apparel
• Willing to travel extensively (China + international fashion fairs)
• Excellent leadership & communication skills
• Available across all time zones
• Hands-on, results-driven and ready to own everything
