Outreach & Lead Generation Specialist

Overview

We’re looking for someone who knows how to start real conversations and turn them into signed clients.

This role focuses on outreach, lead generation, and closing. You’ll be contacting agency owners, Facebook group admins, YouTube and Instagram influencers, coaches, course creators, Skool community owners, Reddit moderators, ---------- munity owners, and other business decision-makers.

If you communicate clearly in English, know how to find the right people online, and have a proven track record of generating leads and converting them, this role is for you.

We want someone confident, friendly, tech-savvy, and human. Someone who doesn’t sound scripted and knows how to keep a conversation alive.

What You’ll Be Doing

Finding and reaching out to:
Agency owners (marketing, recruiting, SaaS, consulting, etc.)

Facebook group owners and admins
Influencers on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok
Coaches, consultants, and course creators
Skool community owners
Reddit community moderators
LinkedIn group owners and business communities

Researching prospects and identifying:

Emails
Social profiles
Direct contact methods
Writing personalized outreach messages that get responses
Sending outreach via email, DMs, and social platforms
Following up and moving conversations toward a deal
Closing partnerships and onboarding new clients
Tracking outreach activity and results

Daily Expectations
Contact at least 40 qualified prospects per day
Reach out to 5 different businesses, agency owners, or community leaders per hour
Close 1–4 deals per day once fully ramped up
Focus on quality outreach, not spam

Requirements:
Proven experience in outreach, lead generation, and closing
Strong written and spoken English
Comfortable communicating with agency owners and business decision-makers
Skilled in researching and finding accurate contact details
Tech-savvy and resourceful
Confident, conversational, and easy to talk to
Able to work independently and hit targets consistently

Nice to Have
Experience working with agencies or B2B services
Influencer or partnership outreach experience
Familiarity with Skool, Reddit, Facebook groups, and ---------- munities
Background in sales, outreach, or community growth

Compensation
Starting salary: $750/month

Commission-based incentives
$10 bonus for every new client signed, with a minimum target of 10 companies joining the white-label platform
Strong performers can earn significantly more through commissions
