Part-Time Lease Administrator
Job Type: Part-Time (20 hours per week)
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time
Pay rate: $550 monthly
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Lease Administrator to support our leasing operations by assisting the current Lease Administrator with lease administration, document management, and day-to-day leasing processes. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn the full lease administration function while ensuring lease documentation is accurate, organized, and completed in a timely manner. The successful candidate will work closely with the leasing and property management teams to help maintain efficient and seamless leasing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with preparing, reviewing, and processing lease agreements, renewals, amendments, and related leasing documents.
Maintain organized and accurate digital and physical lease files and supporting documentation.
Enter, update, and verify lease information within the property management system.
Monitor lease expirations, renewal timelines, and critical dates to ensure timely follow-up.
Coordinate with leasing staff, property managers, and tenants to collect required documentation and resolve lease-related inquiries.
Assist with generating lease packages and obtaining signatures through electronic document management platforms.
Ensure lease records comply with company policies and documentation standards.
Support administrative tasks related to leasing operations, including data entry, reporting, and document tracking.
Maintain confidentiality when handling lease agreements and tenant information.
Provide general administrative support to the leasing and property management teams as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience in lease administration, property management, leasing support, or administrative support preferred.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Experience with RIS (Realty Information Systems) or similar property management software is preferred. Experience working with document management systems is also preferred.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Experience supporting residential property management operations is a plus.
