Title: Part-Time Paid Ads Manager — Real Estate Facebook, Instagram and Google Ads

Rate: $15 to $20 per hour, approximately 15 hours per month — total roughly $250 to $300 per month

We are a luxury real estate and estate management team in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida looking for a skilled, results-driven paid advertising specialist to manage our Facebook, Instagram, and Google ad campaigns.
This is a part-time remote position — approximately 15 hours per month — with the potential to grow as our campaigns expand.
What you will be doing:

Setting up, managing, and optimizing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns targeting a specific luxury residential community in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida and relocation buyers in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and California
Managing Google search ad campaigns targeting Avenir Palm Beach Gardens real estate keywords
Monitoring campaign performance weekly and making optimization adjustments
Sending a simple monthly performance report covering spend, impressions, clicks, and leads generated
Refreshing ad creative every 60 days with new video content we provide
Recommending audience adjustments and budget reallocations based on performance data

What we need from you:

Proven experience running Facebook, Instagram, and Google ads — please include specific examples and results in your application
Experience with real estate or luxury brand advertising is a strong advantage
Ability to set up geographic targeting, custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting campaigns
Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads platform
Clear, simple communication — we are not marketers, we need plain English reporting
Reliability — we need someone who checks campaigns weekly without being reminded
