Phone Sales Representative

Salary: 5,000 PHP per week (Paid Weekly)

We are looking for an energetic, confident, and sales-driven person to join our growing team.

This is primarily a phone sales position, not just customer service.

If you enjoy talking with customers, understanding their needs, recommending the right products, and helping customers make confident buying decisions, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
Answer inbound customer calls
Return customer callbacks
Help customers place orders
Learn our product catalog thoroughly
Understand customer needs
Recommend products that best fit each customer
Upsell and cross-sell naturally when appropriate
Build long-term customer relationships
Record accurate customer notes
Deliver an excellent customer experience on every call
Requirements
Excellent spoken and written English
Clear, confident, and professional speaking voice
Previous phone sales experience is highly preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Customer service experience
Comfortable speaking on the phone throughout the day
Reliable internet connection
Quiet workspace
Comfortable using Hubstaff for time tracking during working hours
