Project Lead – Medical Aesthetics & Business Growth

We're looking for a proactive and highly organized Project Lead to work directly with our leadership team in driving business growth, improving operations, and coordinating strategic initiatives for our Medical Spa services.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, building systems, managing projects, and has a genuine passion for medical aesthetics, skincare, and wellness.

Key Responsibilities
Lead projects that support the growth of our Medical Spa services.
Research industry trends, new treatments, and business opportunities.
Collaborate with providers, marketing, and leadership on new initiatives.
Improve workflows, SOPs, and the overall patient experience.
Coordinate project timelines, meetings, and cross-functional communication.
Track project progress and prepare reports for leadership.

Preferred Experience:
Experience in one or more of the following is highly preferred:

Medical aesthetics
Medical spa operations
Dermatology
Plastic or cosmetic surgery
Beauty or skincare industry
Hospitality or luxury retail
Healthcare operations
Business development
Project management

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Excellent English communication skills.
Strong organizational, research, and project management skills.
Self-driven, resourceful, and able to work independently.
Passion for medical aesthetics, beauty, skincare, or wellness.
Familiarity with Notion, Asana, ---------- , or similar tools is an advantage.
