JOB OVERVIEW

About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Property Management Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our residential property portfolio. This remote role is ideal for someone with property management or real estate administration experience in New Zealand or Australia who can work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process tenancy agreements, renewals, notices, and other property documentation.
- Maintain accurate tenant, owner, and property records.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with contractors, tenants, and owners.
- Process rental payments, reconcile ledgers, and assist with trust account administration.
- Manage shared inboxes and respond professionally to client and tenant enquiries.
- Provide administrative support to the Property Management team.

About you
- Experience in residential property management or real estate administration (NZ or AU preferred).
- Familiarity with property management software such as Palace, PropertyMe, Console, or Property Tree.
- Strong organisational, communication, and customer service skills.
- High attention to detail and excellent time management.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong experience with Xero or similar accounting tools

Working Hours
Full-time (40 hours per week)
Monday to Friday 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Manila Time)
