Before anything else: we are only considering applicants who have already produced AI image-to-video content specifically for real estate listings.
If your portfolio does not include real estate property videos made with AI image-to-video tools, please do not apply. This is a hard requirement, not a preference.
This is NOT a traditional video editing role. We do not work with filmed footage. Our entire workflow is AI-based: we start from still property photos and use AI tools to generate cinematic video content.
Your main tasks:
- Take still property photos and turn them into cinematic video clips using AI image-to-video tools (Kling, Runway, Higgsfield, Seedance, or similar)
- Create virtual staging using AI (adding furniture, decor, and styling to empty room photos)
- Assemble individual AI-generated clips into a complete, polished marketing video including music, transitions, and text overlays
- Deliver a ready-to-publish video from photos alone, no filming required
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience creating AI image-to-video content for real estate listings specifically (mandatory)
- Strong hands-on experience with AI image-to-video tools
- Experience with AI virtual staging tools
- An eye for cinematic style, pacing, and real estate aesthetics
- Reliable, communicative, and able to meet deadlines
- Good English communication
Portfolio is mandatory. Your portfolio must include real estate property videos made with AI image-to-video tools. Applications without a real estate AI video portfolio will not be considered.
How we work:
Before any full-time commitment, we start with a paid test project ($10) where you will create a short property video from photos we provide. This lets us evaluate your workflow and output quality before moving forward.
Compensation: $700-$1,000/month (full time), based on experience and portfolio quality.
To apply: Send your real estate AI video portfolio links and a short note describing your experience, which AI tools you use, and how you approach the image-to-video workflow.
