Real Estate Cold Calling VA

We are looking for a reliable Real Estate Cold Calling Virtual Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Cold call property owners and leads from provided lists
- Use a batch dialer (BatchDialer) to make outbound calls efficiently
- Speak clearly and professionally with prospects to qualify leads and gather information
- Follow provided call scripts and handle objections
- Submit a Google Form after each call to log the outcome and details
- Keep accurate records and update lead status

Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Prior cold calling / real estate experience preferred
- Experience with batch dialers and CRM tools is a plus
- Reliable computer, stable internet connection, and a quiet work environment (headset)
- Self-motivated, organized, and dependable
