Real Estate Lead Manager (Acquisitions Assistant)

A US-based real estate investing company in California's Central Valley, is looking for a driven Lead Manager to join our growing team.
What you'll do:

Call, text, and follow up with motivated home sellers
Qualify leads on motivation, timeline, price, and property condition
Book qualified appointments for our acquisitions team
Keep the CRM updated and follow up consistently

What we're looking for:

Fluent, neutral English and a confident phone presence
Comfortable being on the phone for most of the day
Coachable, competitive, and organized
Reliable high-speed internet, a working headset, and a quiet space
Able to work US business hours (Pacific Time)

Base pay + bonus per qualified appointment and closed deal, so your income grows with your results.
