Real Estate Lead Manager (Remote)

Spark Capital is looking for a motivated and organized Follow-Up Specialist to join our growing real estate investment team!

Responsibilities:

? Follow up with property owners via phone, text, and email
? Build rapport and nurture leads
? Update CRM notes and lead statuses
? Schedule appointments for the Acquisitions Team
? Keep leads engaged through consistent follow-up
? Follow the provided call script and process

Qualifications:

?? Sales, customer service, appointment setting, or call center experience preferred
?? Excellent English communication skills
?? Strong follow-up and organizational skills
?? Coachable, reliable, and goal-oriented
?? Comfortable making and receiving calls throughout the day
