JOB OVERVIEW

We buy houses fast from distressed sellers in Baltimore, MD - foreclosure, probate, tax issues, and similar situations. We need a complete, SEO-optimized website built by someone who has real, proven experience building websites specifically for real estate wholesalers or "sell my house fast" businesses.

This is a gig/contract position for the initial build: design, development, on-page and technical SEO, and initial content - start to finish, with you as the single point of responsibility. We'll provide everything you need (business details, target areas, deal types, branding direction).

You'll be rewarded for how well you build this - we care about a fully functioning, responsive site that's built to actually deliver ROI. If this makes us money, it makes you money: this can turn into an ongoing role monitoring and growing our SEO content and site performance over time, earned based on what you deliver during the build. Knowledge of PPC/Google Ads is also important, even though you won't be running paid campaigns immediately; the site should be built ready for it.

We care most about:
Proven experience building sites for real estate wholesalers/investors - portfolio required
Strong SEO fundamentals (on-page, technical, local search)
Working knowledge of PPC
A site built to convert and perform, not just look good
Excellent, responsive communication
If you have real wholesaling-website experience and want an opportunity that can grow into a long-term paid role, we want to hear from you.

Application Questions:
Please be as detailed as possible. Generic answers aren't helpful when everyone writes the same thing - the more detail you give, the better we can understand what you've actually built and what to expect from you.

Question 1: In your own words, please describe your experience, and why you feel you can build a great SEO-optimized website for a wholesaling company.
Question 2: Please provide a portfolio of your work.
Question 3: Please provide a resume.
Question 4: Please apply with 7 AP points. If you apply with less, please explain why.
Question 5: Who won the MLB World Series in 2004?
Question 6: How long do you expect it to take to build out the website?
