About iCare Financial
iCare Financial is a medical patient finance company. We have an established and unique patient financing program. Since 2011 we operate in all 50 states. We offer patients a financing program that is 0% interest, with no credit check. Patients love us because they can get their dental treatment with no credit check and a monthly payment they can afford. Dental practices love us because we guarantee their payments.

With great support, we provide a culture and environment for you to grow. We are rapidly expanding and plan to hire more than 100 Filipino tea ---------- mbers over the next 18 months across customer service, loan processing, sales support, operations, and administrative roles.

What You'll Own
• Manage and grow the ---------- Financial Facebook pages.
• Create recruiting campaigns that consistently attract qualified applicants.
• Help develop graphics, videos, ad copy, and social content that people stop to read. (Note: We have the Graphic Designer to help you)
• Build relationships inside Facebook Groups, LinkedIn, and online communities.
• Test audiences, headlines, creatives, and messaging to improve campaign performance.
• Track applicant sources, conversion rates, campaign metrics, and recruiting dashboards.
• Recommend new strategies that improve applicant quality and reduce recruiting costs.
• Partner directly with leadership to build a scalable recruiting engine.

How You'll Be Measured
• Increase the number of qualified applicants each month.
• Improve applicant quality and recruiter satisfaction.
• Grow engagement across our communities.
• Lower cost per qualified applicant through continuous optimization.
• Provide accurate weekly reporting with recommendations for improvement.

Your First 90 Days
Days 1–30: Learn our hiring process, understand our ideal candidates, and launch your first recruiting campaigns.

Days 31–60: Optimize campaigns, improve applicant quality, and begin building repeatable recruiting systems.

Days 61–90: Take ownership of recruiting marketing, present performance insights, and implement new strategies that help us scale.
