POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to speak with qualified prospects, conduct consultations, explain our services, and help clients select the best solution for their needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct phone and video consultations with prospective clients.
• Explain company services and answer client questions.
• Generate leads and Follow up with leads generated by our marketing team.
• Build rapport and establish trust with prospects.
• Maintain accurate CRM records.
• Collect required client documentation.
• Meet monthly sales goals.
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching.
• Assist with additional projects and responsibilities as assigned to support the company's growth and success.
• High ticket sales

QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong sales and closing skills.
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone and video.
• Ability to build trust and overcome objections.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
• Reliable computer, headset, and internet connection.

COMPENSATION & INCENTIVES

• $4.50 per hour base pay.
• $75 commission for each client who enrolls and pays the initial fee (Goal 20-25 monthly).
• Quarterly performance bonuses for top performers.
