Remote Sales Rep & Appointment Setter For DTC Marketing Agency

We're Kracked Retention. We run email and SMS retention for DTC and CPG e-commerce brands, and we've driven close to $100M in attributed revenue across 200+ brands. We're growing, and we need someone to own our inbound.

This is a full-time, remote contractor role. Leads come to us warm through our funnels: free audits, free demos, and outreach. Your job is to follow up fast, book the call, and as you ramp, run and close it yourself. We train you on our packages and our process so you can sell independently.

What you'll do

Follow up with inbound leads fast, across DMs, email, and text. Speed to lead is most of the game.
Qualify leads and book them onto sales calls
Keep the pipeline clean inside GoHighLevel
Run intro calls
Help follow up on new offers as we launch them

How you'll get paid:

$10 for every call you book that shows
Monthly bonuses for hitting appointment and close targets
$1,500/month base on top of your commission
Paid twice a month

Who we're looking for:

Sales or appointment-setting experience, with numbers to back it up.
Experience in or around e-commerce, ideally talking to DTC brand owners. A big plus, not required.
You are familiar with building an actually follow up process.
Coachable and adaptable. Our offers and scripts evolve, and you roll with it.
You can talk to a brand owner like a person, not just a script.
