Job Title: Revit Design Associate (Fully Remote)
Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM PST, Monday–Friday (12:00 AM – 8:30 AM Philippine Time)

About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Revit Architectural Drafter to join our fully remote team. This role is ideal for professionals who are highly proficient in Autodesk Revit and have extensive experience producing residential construction documents.
You will work closely with our California-based architects, project managers, and consultants to develop high-quality, permit-ready drawing packages for residential projects throughout California.
Responsibilities
- Prepare complete architectural construction documents using Autodesk Revit.
- Develop accurate BIM models and construction drawings for California residential projects.
- Produce floor plans, elevations, sections, roof plans, schedules, details, and other permit drawings.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with Structural, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Energy consultants.
- Assist with design development from schematic design through construction documentation.
- Revise drawing sets based on internal reviews, consultant feedback, and jurisdiction comments.
- Ensure all drawings comply with California Building Codes, local zoning regulations, and company drafting standards.
- Prepare permit-ready drawing packages for submission to various California jurisdictions.
- Maintain organized project files, drawing revisions, and project documentation.
- Participate in virtual coordination meetings with architects, project managers, and consultants.
- Meet project deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality.
Must-Have Qualifications Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
- Licensed Architect is an advantage but not required.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architecture or residential construction documentation.
- Strong experience producing permit and construction drawings using Autodesk Revit.
- Experience working on U.S. residential projects is highly preferred.
- Experience with California residential permitting is an advantage.
Software Proficiency
Applicants must be highly proficient in Autodesk Revit.
Experience with the following software is considered an advantage:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- Enscape
- Lumion
- Twinmotion
- Bluebeam Revu
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Microsoft Office
Technical Knowledge
Applicants should have experience with:
- Building Information Modeling (BIM)
- Residential construction documentation
- Permit drawing production
- Architectural detailing
- Coordination with Structural, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Energy consultants
Knowledge of the California Residential Code (CRC), California Building Code (CBC), local zoning ordinances, and permitting processes is preferred but not required.
