Sales Call Setter & Sales Management - Remote - US Market

The Role:

Two things, executed really well: re-engage warm existing clients and open doors with new ones. You'll be calling and emailing senior North American executives — CFOs, CHROs, VP-level leaders — to set Discovery calls and rekindle relationships. No field work. No travel. Just sharp, intelligent outreach from wherever you work best.

What You’ll Do;

Conduct outbound calls and personalized outreach to US C-Suite and VP-level executives in both the Human Resources & the Healthcare sectors
Re-book existing and re-engage lapsed clients and convert conversations into booked meetings
Build and manage your pipeline using Salesforce and HubSpot
Collaborate with US-based tea ---------- mbers to sharpen messaging and sequences
Own your numbers and your growth
What We’re Looking For Individuals with:

Fluent English — spoken and written, with a clear, neutral accent suited to senior US business conversations. This is non-negotiable.
Intelligence — you think quickly; you read people and the situation really well; you pivot naturally, and never sound scripted
A clear & intensional goal to have a career in sales and sales management
High coachability — you want training & development
A strong financial motivation and a desire to be promoted quickly and paid well based on 100% results & merit and nothing else
Lead sourcing, Salesforce, HubSpot and AI experience - are genuine advantages
A crystal clear understanding of the difference between Customer Service & Sales - this is NOT Customer Service nor is it an Admin role
Compensation & Career Advancement :

$6–$12 USD/hour based on experience & performance
