Sales Lead / Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced Sales Lead / Sales Manager to help convert inquiries into enrolled customers while providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Location: UAE-based preferred

Responsibilities

• Convert trial students into paid enrollments.
• Manage leads from first inquiry through registration.
• Communicate with clients via WhatsApp, phone, and email.
• Maintain accurate records using the CRM system.
• Follow up with prospective customers and answer inquiries promptly.
• Meet sales and conversion targets.

Requirements

• UAE-based candidates are preferred.
• Previous experience in B2C sales.
• Experience in education, fitness, retail, or family services is preferred.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Arabic is an advantage but not required.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Strong customer service, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Proven ability to convert leads into paying customers.
