Sales Manager (Closer) for GCC-Based Gymnastics Academy | Remote | $800–$1,500/month

We’re hiring an experienced closer with fluent English to manage and convert warm leads into paying clients.

We are one of the largest gymnastics academies in the GCC (UAE, Abu Dhabi) with 3 active branches and international students. We have daily inbound leads, strong brand awareness, and a warm client base. Now we need a results-driven sales manager to close deals consistently.

????? Your Role

First 30 days: messaging only
After that: calls + messaging

You will:

Handle leads from Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram inside our ---------- (PlanFix)

Convert leads into trial bookings (parents of children 4–12 years old)

Upsell: packages, private lessons, seasonal offers

Follow up, handle objections, close deals

Track everything in CRM (status, payment, follow-up)

This is not customer support. Your job is active sales.

? You Must Have:

Proven online sales experience

Fluent English writing and speaking (calls later)

Fast replies (no delayed leads)

Responsible work ethic (stable power & internet)

Strong closers mindset — focused on results, not just chatting

???? Work Conditions

???? Hours: 10:00–19:00 Gulf Time (GCC), Mon–Sat (Sunday off)

???? Remote full-time (PC or phone ok for replies)

???? CRM: PlanFix — statuses set, sales scripts being developed

Manager support: direct communication with Head of Sales

???? Compensation

Base: $250/month

Per lead trial booked: $1.5 each

Commission: progressive % of monthly sales

Peak months (Aug, Dec, Jan, Apr) = higher earnings

First months: $700–900 realistic
Good closers: $800–1,200 avg
Top performers: $1,500+
