Sales VA / Appointment Setter — Cold Calling + GoHighLevel

We're hiring a confident, phone-based sales VA to make outbound calls, texts, and emails to recruit licensed agents on behalf of our clients. You'll set appointments and manage leads inside GoHighLevel. This is a sales role, not data entry. for (Real Estate & Insurance Recruiting)

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Call, text, and email licensed agents from provided lists to start conversations and set appointments
- Follow up consistently using our scripts and cadences
- Work leads and pipelines inside GoHighLevel (CRM, workflows, conversations)
- Keep clean notes and track every lead's status
- Represent our clients professionally on every call

MUST HAVE:
- Real outbound cold calling / appointment setting experience (tell me specifically what you've done)
- Clear, confident, neutral English on the phone
- Hands-on GoHighLevel experience (you know your way around the CRM, pipelines, and conversations)
- Reliable computer, fast internet, headset, and a quiet place to call
- Ability to work USA business hours — Arizona / Mountain Time (this is an overnight shift in the Philippines)

NICE TO HAVE:
- Real estate or insurance recruiting experience
- Experience with dialers and SMS tools
