Sales Virtual Assistant for Cleaning Company

Pay: $4–$5/hour

About Us:
Match Maid Cleaning is a residential/commercial cleaning company looking for a motivated, sales-driven Virtual Assistant to join our team. This role is focused primarily on converting leads into booked cleaning jobs — following up with quote requests, closing bookings, and managing customer communication through our systems. Experience with BookingKoala and GoHighLevel (GHL) is highly preferred, as these are the core platforms you'll use daily.

Responsibilities:

Follow up with inbound leads (quote requests, web forms, calls) via phone, text, and email to convert them into booked cleaning appointments
Make outbound calls to past clients, quote requests, and warm/cold leads to generate new bookings
Manage and update customer records, bookings, and pipelines in BookingKoala
Use GoHighLevel (GHL) to manage workflows, pipelines, SMS/email follow-ups, and lead nurturing campaigns
Respond promptly to leads and inquiries to maximize conversion rates
Track and report on sales metrics (calls made, bookings closed, conversion rate, etc.)
Maintain a friendly, persuasive, and professional tone representing Match Maid Cleaning
Follow up on quotes/estimates and handle objections to close sales
Coordinate with the team on scheduling and any booking adjustments
Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, appointment setting, or customer service (required)
Hands-on experience with BookingKoala (required or strong willingness/ability to learn quickly)
Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) — pipelines, workflows, automations (required or strong willingness/ability to learn quickly)
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
Confident, persuasive phone presence — comfortable making outbound calls daily
Reliable internet connection, computer/laptop, and headset
Ability to work 8AM EST - 5PM EST
Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working independently and meeting daily/weekly sales targets
Nice to Have:

Experience in the home services / cleaning industry
Background in cold calling or appointment setting for service-based businesses
