Salary: PHP 45,000 per month

Schedule: Full-Time | Remote | U.S. Business Hours

Experience building and managing CRM workflows, automations, lead pipelines, and reporting

We are hiring a full-time Salesforce CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist to support a fast-growing U.S.-based healthcare and wellness organization.

This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience with Salesforce, CRM administration, marketing automation, landing page development, lead generation systems, and digital marketing support.

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive professional who can build, maintain, and optimize the systems that support our marketing, lead generation, and customer acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize Salesforce CRM and marketing systems

• Support HubSpot and Go High Level (GHL) administration as needed

• Build and manage workflows, automations, forms, and lead nurturing campaigns

• Create and maintain custom landing pages and lead capture funnels

• Manage lead pipelines, reporting, dashboards, campaign tracking, and CRM data

• Assist with digital marketing initiatives and social media support

• Implement integrations and troubleshoot technical issues

• Monitor CRM performance and recommend process improvements

• Maintain SOPs, workflow documentation, and internal records

• Support special projects and business growth initiatives as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Salesforce administration, CRM administration, marketing automation, digital marketing, or a related field

• Advanced Salesforce experience required

• Strong understanding of CRM workflows, automations, reporting, and pipeline management

• Experience creating landing pages, lead generation campaigns, and marketing automations

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
