Seasoned Bookkeeper & Logistics Operator

We are a fast-growing brand working with international retailers, distributors, suppliers, warehouses, freight forwarders, and accounting systems. We are looking for a seasoned Bookkeeper & Logistics Operator who can take ownership of finance and logistics operations without constant supervision.

This is not a junior assistant role.
This is not a “waiting for instructions” role.
This is not a role for someone who gets blocked every time a tool, parcel, invoice, or warehouse flow is unclear.
We need someone who can investigate, track, reconcile, document, escalate, and close operational issues.

Core requirement

If you cannot confidently track a parcel, contact a 3PL, understand a delivery status, chase a missing POD, reconcile an invoice, or document a blocker clearly, this role is not the right fit.

Main responsibilities

Bookkeeping & finance operations

You will be expected to:

* Review supplier invoices
* Match invoices with bank transactions
* Check supplier name, date, amount, currency, invoice number, and payment reference
* Confirm correct suggested matches
* Reject wrong suggested matches
* Identify duplicates, ghost transactions, missing invoices, wrong attachments, and incorrect records
* Upload and classify supplier invoices
* Leave clear comments on unclear cases
* Prepare accounting files for review
* Maintain a clean bookkeeping backlog
* Report daily numbers and blockers


Logistics operations
You will be expected to:

* Track parcels and shipments from dispatch to delivery
* Work with 3PL warehouses and fulfillment partners
* Follow up with carriers, warehouses, suppliers, and internal tea ---------- mbers
* Understand delivery statuses such as pending, in transit, delayed, delivered, failed delivery, returned, awaiting pickup, customs hold, missing paperwork, or proof of delivery required
* Request and organize tracking numbers, shipping labels, PODs, delivery confirmations, and warehouse updates
* Maintain shipment tracking files
* Update logistics boards
* Flag urgent delivery risks early
* Follow delivery guidelines for retailers and department stores
* Coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics partners
* Chase issues until they are solved, not just reported

Required skills
You must have strong experience with:
* Bookkeeping operations

* Freight tracking tools
