We are an Australian beauty, skincare, haircare and personal care contract manufacturer servicing established $3M+ brands.
We are seeking a senior-level SEO specialist who understands:

B2B search intent
Manufacturing industries
AI search optimisation
Authority positioning
Conversion-driven SEO

Responsibilities

Develop & execute complete SEO strategy
Manage technical SEO
Conduct keyword research (commercial intent only)
Implement structured data & schema
Oversee content optimisation
Build digital PR & backlink strategy
Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns
Provide monthly reporting

Requirements

3+ years SEO experience (B2B preferred)
Experience ranking service-based businesses
Advanced keyword research skills
Experience with Ahrefs/SEMrush
Google Ads experience
Understanding of AI search trends
Strong written English

Top 5 ranking for primary keywords within 9 months
20+ qualified leads/month by Month 12
CPL under target threshold
30+ high-quality backlinks/year

You must have a working time overlap for a minimum 2 hours per week, Australian EST (Sydney) time for a weekly phone or zoom call.
