Senior Bookkeeper for a US Firm — QuickBooks + Payroll, Full-Time, PST Hours, Long-Term Home

You are the person who keeps their books clean and accurate so our CFO advisor can sit across from them and help them win. Your work is the foundation the whole relationship stands on.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

- Full monthly bookkeeping for our clients in QuickBooks Online. Categorize, reconcile, close.
- Bank and credit card reconciliations that tie out to the penny.
- Payroll runs through QuickBooks Payroll, ADP, or Gusto, on time, every cycle.
- Client-ready reports every month. Profit and loss, balance sheet, and the key numbers our advisor walks the client through.
- Catching the things that matter and flagging them early, before they show up on a client call.

WHO YOU ARE

- A CPA, or a seasoned bookkeeper with real US experience. You know US-based books, not just local.
- Fluent in QuickBooks Online. Comfortable running payroll in QuickBooks, ADP, or Gusto.
- Strong written English. You can explain a number clearly.
- You know how to work with AI. You already use it, or you are hungry to, and you see it as leverage.
- You can work Monday to Friday, 6am to 3pm Pacific time. This is required, because you work alongside our US team.
- You take ownership. When something is off, you dig in and fix it. You do not wait to be told.
