Senior Bookkeeper (QuickBooks & AR) — 60,000 PHP p/m + Bonuses

JOB OVERVIEW

Full-Time | Long-Term Role

Salary: 60,000 PHP per month
Payment: Twice a month via Wise. Always on time.

Performance bonuses based on accuracy, clean reporting, and system improvements.

You will work directly with the Media Buyer and leadership team.
Clear systems and reporting structure are already in place.

This is a stable, structured role. Not freelance. Not short term.

We have worked with Filipino professionals since 2000. We focus on long-term remote teams.

We manage paid ads and recurring revenue businesses. Accurate books and reporting are critical to company growth.

TASKS

- Maintain accurate books in QuickBooks
- Complete monthly reconciliations on time
- Close monthly books without delays
- Manage full Accounts Receivable tracking
- Track recurring payments across 8 payment processors
- Monitor around 20 transactions daily
- Reconcile payouts with internal records
- Report failed or delayed payments immediately
- Maintain clean AR and financial dashboards
- Deliver weekly and monthly financial reports
- Create ad performance reports for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, and YouTube
- Process revenue data using structured formulas
- Identify errors and improve workflows

This role is output-focused. Accuracy and reliability are required.

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 2 years QuickBooks experience
- Strong Accounts Receivable experience
- Experience tracking recurring payments
- Strong spreadsheet and formula skills
- Experience creating structured financial reports
- C1 English level written and spoken
- High attention to detail
- Organized and disciplined
- Able to work independently
- Committed to a long-term full-time role

NICE TO HAVE EXPERIENCE:

- Workflow improvement or automation
- Multiple payment processors
- Digital marketing or media buying
- Dashboard building

We use Hubstaff for time tracking. This is required.
