Senior Google Ads Specialist (E-commerce)

About the job:
Kranis B.V. is seeking an experienced and results-driven Google Ads specialist to fully manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns for multiple Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) websites.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop, present, and implement a clear Google Ads strategy with defined milestones (ROAS, CPA, etc.)
- Daily management, optimization, and performance reporting.
- Independently identify opportunities, proactively communicate missing assets or requirements, and resolve them ahead of time.
- Provide transparent, detailed, and professional reporting without prompting.

Required experience:
- Minimum of 5 years direct Google Ads experience (No general VAs, No Amazon-focused advertisers).
- Proven results (ROAS, revenue increase examples required).
- Familiar with Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Professional English communication.
