Senior Lead Generation & Contract Specialist (Heavy Outreach – Bonus – Salary Increases With Performance)

ABOUT THE ROLE

KeyTrust is a UK company providing safe, compliant homes by matching landlords with social and care providers.
We are hiring a highly experienced Lead Generation & Contract Specialist to help us scale fast. This is a high-responsibility, heavy-outreach role, and there will be other job opportunities as we grow.
You will work directly with the owner.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

1. Heavy outreach to social and care providers and landlords


2. Use real outreach tools such as Contracts Finder, Find a Tender, CQC directory, council lists, supported living registers, HMO licence registers, landlord lists


3. Use data tools including LinkedIn/Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, Hunter


4. Identify decision-makers and book or make calls


5. Carry out consistent follow-ups


6. Secure contracts


7. Build pipelines for providers and landlords


8. Social media posting and advertising


9. Keep organised spreadsheets and prepare information packs


10. Provide daily updates


11. Support overall business growth

REQUIREMENTS

1. Fluent English written and spoken


2. Proven lead-generation experience


3. Proven outreach experience


4. Experience closing deals or contracts


5. Confident, proactive, reliable, organised


6. Able to work under pressure


7. Able to work independently


8. Available to start immediately

HOURS & PAY

1. 4–8 hours per day, 5 days per week


2. Hours increase quickly with performance


3. The starting rate is $2–$4 per hour during the probation period. As soon as you show that you can deliver the outreach, lead generation and contracts you claim experience in, your pay will rise quickly


4. Pay rises quickly based on results


5. 100-pound bonus per property secured after the contract is signed, the client has moved in and the first month’s rent has been paid


6. Strong results lead to higher pay, more hours and progression
