Job Overview
We are a direct-to-consumer eCommerce brand in the automotive accessories space. We are looking for a
detail-oriented VA to support our SEO blog content production.

We have a structured content system already in place. You do not need to come up with content ideas,
choose keywords, or make publishing decisions. Your job is to follow the system accurately, run the
brief, review the output carefully, resolve every flag, and submit clean work.

This is an execution and quality-control role. Attention to detail matters more than writing ability.

Responsibilities
• Receive a keyword assignment with a confirmed product page link
• Research secondary keywords and competitor URLs using Google
• Fill in the brief template and run it through our AI content system (Claude)
• Review the full output against a QA checklist before submitting
• Resolve every open flag in the output, or note clearly why it could not be resolved
• Submit organized work with metadata options labeled and open questions listed
• Target: 3-5 posts per week depending on post type

Requirements
• Comfortable using AI tools, specifically Claude, and following structured prompt systems
• Strong attention to detail: you read checklists fully and catch errors others miss
• Basic understanding of SEO concepts: meta titles, meta descriptions, internal linking, search intent
• Clear written English: you follow instructions exactly and flag ambiguity rather than guess
• Reliable turnaround: primary post type within 24 hours, longer posts within 48 hours
• Familiarity with Sanity CMS or similar platforms is a plus but not required

Hours: up to 40 hours/week depending on workload.

Compensation
• Starting rate: $9–14/hour depending on experience
• Candidates who demonstrate clean output, fast turnaround, and low error rates will be considered for a rate increase after the first 30 days.
