SEO Content Writer (Full-Time) . Shopify . AI-Assisted SEO

We're looking for a full-time SEO Content Writer who is passionate about creating high-quality, search-optimized content for a growing Canadian furniture retailer based in Calgary.

This role is ideal for someone who understands SEO, enjoys writing helpful content, and knows how to leverage AI tools to improve efficiency without sacrificing quality.

You won't be writing generic AI articles. You'll be creating content that demonstrates expertise, helps Calgary homeowners, and supports long-term organic growth.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation
Write SEO-optimized landing pages for Shopify
Write engaging blog articles targeting Calgary homeowners
Optimize existing website content
Improve metadata, headings, and internal linking
Write compelling calls-to-action

SEO
Perform keyword research using Ahrefs
Cluster keywords by search intent
Optimize content using Surfer SEO
Ensure content follows SEO best practices
Suggest internal linking opportunities
Shopify
Publish and format blog articles
Create and update landing pages
Add images, ALT text, and metadata
Maintain consistent formatting
AI Workflow

Use AI as a productivity tool while applying human judgment and editing.
