SEO Growth Owners (Local + Multi-Country SEO)

We’re looking for one person to own SEO growth: end to end.

Not just traffic.
Not just rankings.
But SEO that turns into customers.

You’ll be responsible for what gets worked on, what gets ignored, and what actually moves the needle.

What you’ll own:
- Organic growth across multiple markets
- Local SEO performance
- Content that converts (not just ranks)
- Clear weekly priorities
This role combines thinking + execution.
You plan the work, get support you need, and you do the work.

What you’ll do
• D ---------- which pages to create, update, or kill
• Use tools + AI to plan and draft content
• Edit and publish pages yourself
• Improve internal linking to support buying pages
• Handle local SEO pages and Google Business Profile updates
• Build or secure backlinks where it actually matters
• Track what’s working and adjust weekly
You’ll work closely with the founder and growth team.

What success looks like:
• Pages moving from page 2 > page 1
• Traffic that matches search intent
• Clear link between content and conversions
• Fewer pages, better results

This role is NOT:
• A data reporting role
• A passive SEO job
• A “send recommendations and wait” position
• A role for people who avoid responsibility

We’re looking for someone who:
• Understands SEO as a business tool, not a checklist
• Can explain SEO simply
• Knows local SEO fundamentals
• Can manage SEO for different countries without copying blindly
• Is comfortable being accountable for results
• Works fast and documents clearly
Hands-on experience with content publishing, internal linking, or local SEO is required.

• Salary: PHP 28,000-30,000/month (flexible for strong performers)
