SEO Specialist

We are a growing U.S.-based digital marketing agency looking for a full-time SEO Specialist focused on backlinks and citations.

This is a remote position based in the Philippines.

Work Schedule:
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (U.S. Eastern Time)
• 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM Philippines Time
• 40 hours per week
• Monday – Friday

Compensation:
• $500 USD per month
• Full-time salary
• Long-term position with growth opportunity

Responsibilities:

• Build high-quality backlinks for client websites
• Perform manual outreach for link acquisition
• Create and manage local citations (NAP consistency)
• Submit businesses to directories
• Track backlinks and citation progress
• Conduct competitor backlink research
• Use SE Ranking to monitor rankings and backlink profiles
• Report weekly progress in Microsoft Teams
• Follow structured SOPs and meet weekly targets

Requirements:

• Experience with backlink building and citation work
• Understanding of white-hat SEO practices
• Familiarity with anchor text strategy
• Experience using SEO tools (SE Ranking preferred)
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Reliable internet connection
• Comfortable working night shift

Tools We Use:

• Microsoft Teams (daily communication)
• Google Drive (documentation and tracking)
• SE Ranking (SEO tracking and backlink monitoring)

This is NOT a beginner SEO role. We are looking for someone who understands:

• Anchor text variation
• Do-follow vs no-follow
• Domain authority relevance
• Citation consistency (NAP accuracy)
• Link diversity
