Shopify Product Uploader – Full-Time Remote
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Pay: $4/hour (paid Bi-weekly)

Your Mission:

- Own our product catalog end-to-end.
- You'll be the person making sure every listing on our store is accurate, professional, on-brand, and live on time. Our catalog is the front door of the business — when it's clean, customers convert. When it's messy, we lose money. Your job is to make sure it's always the former.
- This isn't just data entry. You'll be responsible for the quality, consistency, and speed of our entire product pipeline as we scale.

Key Responsibilities
1. Product Listing & Catalog Management

List high-ticket products on Shopify with speed and precision (target: 6+ products/hour)
Gather images, specs, descriptions, and content from supplier portals and dealer resources
Ensure every listing is accurate, professional, and consistent with our brand voice
Organize and categorize products across collections, tags, and metafields

2. Quality & Consistency

Maintain 100?curacy on pricing, specs, shipping details, and product data
Catch supplier changes (price updates, discontinued SKUs, spec revisions) and update listings immediately
Standardize titles, descriptions, and imagery across the store

3. Systems & Process

Keep our internal product tracker organized and up to date
Flag process gaps and suggest ways to make catalog work faster and cleaner
Coordinate with the team on new product launches and category expansions


What You Need

- Minimum 1 year of Shopify experience — required
- Prior experience at a high-ticket e-commerce store — required (this is non-negotiable)
- Strong attention to detail and a real allergy to typos, broken images, and inconsistent formatting Fast, reliable data entry
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Ability to work independently and hit deadlines without being chased

This is a remote contractor role. Pay is gross — you're responsible for handling local taxes in your country of residence.
