Short Form Video Editor

We're STAIA, an AI-powered astrology app on a mission to help 100M+ people live better lives. We publish a high volume of short-form podcast videos and need a reliable editor to keep the pipeline moving.

The edits themselves are simple: clean cuts, captions, music, light visual polish. The challenge isn't complexity, it's volume, speed, and consistency. We need someone who can turn around a lot of solid videos quickly without dropping quality.

What you'll do:
- Edit AI-generated podcast videos: clean cuts, captions, background music, keeping things visually engaging
- Generate the AI videos themselves using HeyGen (or learn it fast if you haven't)
- Maintain a consistent look and feel across a high volume of output
