Short-Form Video Editor for Daily Reels (Ongoing, Growth))

I run a content marketing agency and I am looking for a reliable short-form video editor to produce daily Instagram Reels on an ongoing monthly basis. This is not a one-off project. I want someone I can work with long term and give more responsibility to over time.


What you will do each day

- Research 3 Reels that are currently performing well within a defined niche (I will tell you the niche and audience).
- Recreate the Reels using footage from a content pool I provide. This usually means a short clip with a viral text hook, or simple cuts of existing footage set to a trending format.
- Deliver the 3 finished Reels to me for review through a shared folder.


Each Reel is fast to make. Most are 7 to 15 seconds. CapCut or Edits app on a phone is completely fine.


What I need from you

1. Good written English (we communicate through a messenger and short video messages, optionally live calls)
2. A smartphone or laptop with CapCut or similar and reliable internet
3. A real feel for what makes a Reel hook land, not just technical editing
4. Consistency and reliability, because this runs every weekday


Hours and pay

About 1 to 2 hours per day, 5 days a week. Paid monthly.
