Short-Form Video Editor for US Personal Brand (CapCut, Reels)

Hi! I'm the founder of a growing US-based personal development brand for women. I batch film talking-head reels and I need a reliable editor who can take my raw clips and turn them into clean, on-brand Instagram reels.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Edit 15-20 short reels per month (30-60 seconds each)
Style: talking head with text overlay, clean cuts, captions, my preferred CapCut filters (I'll train you on my exact style)
Add hook text from the script I provide (no copywriting needed, scripts are done)
Deliver finished reels to our Slack within 48 hours of receiving raw footage
Volume comes in batches: you'll receive 10+ clips at once, twice a month

WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR

Strong CapCut skills (this is our tool, non-negotiable)
Portfolio with talking-head / text-overlay reels for coaches, creators, or personal brands
Detail-oriented: captions spelled right, cuts clean, style consistent every time
Reliable turnaround. I batch content ahead of schedule and the system depends on your deadlines
Comfortable working from written feedback in Slack

WHAT THIS IS NOT

No filming, no scripting, no caption writing, no posting
Not a full-time role (yet). Roughly 8-12 hours/month to start, with room to grow as we scale

PAY
Per-reel rate to start (share your rate in your application). After 60 days of great work, we'll discuss a monthly retainer.
