Short-Form Video Editor (YouTube Shorts • Instagram Reels • TikTok)

I'm looking for an experienced *short-form video editor* who knows how to turn long-form content into engaging, high-retention videos.

This is an ongoing position with plenty of work for the right person.

What You'll Do

•? ?Create *10–15 short videos each week* from my long-form YouTube videos.
•? ?Deliver enough content to publish *2 YouTube Shorts per day*.
•? ?Format each video for:

* YouTube Shorts
* Instagram Reels
* TikTok
* Facebook Reels
•? ?Identify the strongest hooks, sound bites, and teaching ---------- nts.
•? ?Add engaging captions, transitions, zooms, graphics, and B-roll when appropriate.
•? ?Optimize videos to maximize audience retention.

What I'm Looking For

•? ?Proven experience editing viral or high-performing short-form content.
•? ?Strong understanding of YouTube Shorts and social media algorithms.
•? ?Ability to recognize compelling ---------- nts—not just trim videos.
•? ?Excellent English.
•? ?Reliable communication and consistent turnaround times.
•? ?Experience with creators, coaches, educators, speakers, or podcasts is a plus.
