Skool Community Coordinator with a Performance Bonus of 10%

Mentoring with the Mentees is seeking a Skool Community Growth Coordinator to lead, manage, and grow our Skool community. This person will be responsible for creating a community that members are excited to visit every day through consistent content, engaging conversations, challenges, and activities.

The ideal candidate understands how to build online communities that are highly active, retain members, and generate recurring revenue. You must know how to keep members engaged, stimulated, and consistently participating while helping scale the community into a six-figure monthly business.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of the Skool community.
Create and publish engaging content every day.
Keep members engaged, stimulated, and actively participating through discussions, challenges, polls, games, leaderboards, and live events.
Welcome every new member and provide an outstanding onboarding experience.
Respond to comments, answer questions, and build meaningful relationships with members.
Develop creative strategies that increase daily engagement and reduce member cancellations.
Monitor inactive members and create re-engagement campaigns.
Work closely with leadership to launch new content, courses, events, and community initiatives.
Track analytics and continuously improve community performance.
Maintain a positive, encouraging, and high-energy community culture.
Help grow membership and increase recurring monthly revenue.

Qualifications
Applicants must have experience:

Managing successful Skool communities.
Creating daily content that drives engagement.
Keeping online communities active and highly engaged.
Building systems that increase member retention.
Growing paid online communities.
Planning content calendars and engagement campaigns.
Using analytics to improve community growth and performance.

Compensation
Starting Pay: $500 per month.
Monthly performance evaluations with opportunities for raises.
Revenue Share: Receive 10% of the community’s monthly revenue while serving in this role, according to the terms of your compensation agreement.
